DECLARATION OF CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
(pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) in conjunction with Articles 7 and 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EC) 2016/679)
I hereby give my consent to the processing of the personal data I provide as well as the personal data of the Authorizing Representative I represent contained in the documents I have submitted under the conditions and in accordance with the relevant regulations governing the processing of personal data, including when complying the legal effect of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing of Directive 95/96/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), effective as from 25.05.2018.
The consent to the processing of my personal data includes and is relevant to any action or set of actions that may be performed on personal data by automatic or other means, such as collecting, recording, organizing, storing, adapting or modifying, restoring, use, disclosure by transmission, distribution, provision, updating or combining, blocking, deletion or destruction in order to provide the requested service and/or the performance of a regulated actions.
I am aware of my rights to require the Controller access to correct or delete my personal data or limit their processing, the right to object to the processing, and the right to data portability.
I am informed of my right to withdraw my consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing under consent, before it is withdrawn.
I am informed about my right to complain to a supervisory authority – the Commission for Personal Data Protection for the Republic of Bulgaria.
I am aware that the provision of my personal data is a regulatory requirement necessary to fulfil the requested and provided service (Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation (EC) 2016/679; taking steps to conclude a contract (sending a tender) – Article 6 (1) (b) of Regulation (EC) 2016/679; Article 6 (1) (c) of Regulation (EC) 2016/679
I am aware that failure to submit the above personal data on my part may lead to a refusal to conclude a contract because the legal requirements can not be met.
I am aware that the controller does not make automated decision making, including profiling, with respect to personal data.
I am aware that this consent to the processing of personal data is required under Article 6 (1) (a) in conjunction with Articles 7 and 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EC) 2016/679)

DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Euro Accounts EOOD. is a Controller of personal data in the sense of Art. (4) (7) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. As a personal data controller, in the processing of personal data, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 respects the data protection principles laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and European Union law and the Republic of Bulgaria.
Euro Accounts EOOD processes personal data to achieve its goals according to the subject of its activity. The services we offer require the processing and storage of personal data that is minimized. These data are necessary for the service to be processed and implemented in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union. Euro Accounts EOOD. collects personal data for specific, legitimate purposes and personal data are not processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes.
Principles for the collection, processing and storage of personal data

Legitimacy, good faith and transparency – processing in the presence of a legal basis, due diligence and informing the data subject;

Goal limitation – data collection for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and a ban on further processing in a manner inconsistent with these goals;

Data minimization – data shall be relevant, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes of the processing;

Accuracy– keeping up-to-date and take all reasonable steps to ensure timely erasure or correction of inaccurate data, taking into account the purpose of the processing;

Retention limitation – Data must be processed for a minimum duration period according to objectives. Retention for longer periods is acceptable for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes, provided that appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied;

Integrity and confidentiality – processing in a way that ensures an appropriate level of security of personal data by applying appropriate technical or organizational measures;

Accountability– The controller is responsible and must be able to demonstrate compliance with all principles related to the processing of personal data.
Right of access
You have access to your personal data by requesting and receiving information about their processing.
Providing access to information about the processing of your personal data is free of charge, as Euro Accounts EOOD reserves the right to charge a fee in the event of recurrence or disproportionate claims.
Rectification, deleting ("right to be forgotten"), and limiting data processing
You have the right to rectify your personal data in case of inaccuracy as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
You have the right to request from Euro Accounts EOOD the deletion of your personal data when there are any of the following reasons:

Personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed in cases where a statutory instrument does not impose their temporary storage;

Upon withdrawal of consent in cases where a statutory instrument does not impose their temporary storage;

You object to the processing of personal data relating to you and do not have a legal basis for their processing;

Personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation under EU law or the law of a Member State that is being enforced.

Euro Accounts EOOD has no grounds for deleting personal data that are legally defined and should be kept within the legal deadlines.
You may require Euro Accounts EOOD to limit the processing of personal data relating to you when:

You challenge personal data for a period that allows Euro Accounts EOOD to verify the accuracy of personal data;

Processing is illegal, but you do not want your personal data to be erased, but only to limit their use;

Euro Accounts EOOD no longer requires personal data for the purpose of processing, but you require them to establish, exercise or protect your legal claims;

You have objected to the treatment pending verification that the legal grounds of Euro Accounts EOOD have an advantage over your interests.
Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
The categories of recipients of personal data that Euro Accounts EOOd provides outside the organization

The collected personal information is transmitted only to our trusted partners, together with whom we carry out the organization and the provision of the services we offer;

Public authorities – National Revenue Agency, National Statistical Institute, Control Bodies and their subdivisions, bodies for detection and prevention of crimes and violations, etc.;

A personal data processor (natural or legal person) who processes the personal data on behalf of Euro Accounts EOOD and upon assignment by the latter
Right to appeal
You have the right to file a complaint against the processing of your personal data before the competent control body (in the Republic of Bulgaria – the Personal Data Protection Commission) if you believe that your data protection rights have been violated.

Others:
(1) "Personal data" means any information relating to an identifiable natural person or a natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more signs specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual;
(2) "Processing data processing" means any operation or set of operations performed with personal data or a set of personal data by automatic or other means such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, dissemination or other means by which data becomes available, arranged or combined, restricted, deleted or destroyed;
(3) “Register of personal data” means any structured set of personal data, regardless of the type and media, access to which is carried out according to specific criteria, whether centralized, decentralized or distributed according to functional or geographical basis;
(4) Euro Accounts EOOD shall organize and undertake measures for the protection of personal data from an accidental or unlawful destruction, unauthorized access, alteration or dissemination, as well as from other illegal forms of processing of personal data. The measures taken are in line with the state of the art and the risks related to the nature of the data to be protected.
(5) Euro Accounts EOOD does not collect or process personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in organizations, as well as the processing of genetic and biometric data, data on sexual life or the sexual orientation of individuals.
